Every room at this condominium has a view of the ocean, whether you're in the master bedroom, the second bedroom, the living room or the kitchen. All rooms have central air conditioning.

BEDROOMS:

The master bedroom has a king size bed, two closets, TV, lanai balcony and a private bathroom.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, TV, and a closet. The window does not open. The twin beds can be combined into a king bed.

Please notify host in advance if you would like the twin beds combined into a king bed.

LIVING ROOM:

The living room has a couch, coffee table, dining table, TV with a Super NES classic, and a large lanai balcony with outdoor patio furniture. Couch can be turned into a queen size sofa bed.

Please notify host in advance if you would like to use the sofa bed.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a refrigerator that dispenses filtered water and ice, a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, garbage disposal, coffee maker, coffee station (with cream, sugar, coffee filters and starter set of Hawaiian ground coffee), teas, spice rack, cooking oil, cutlery, pots, pans, cups, mugs, wine glasses, plates, and utensils.

LAUNDRY:

Washer and dryer located in the closet at the kitchen.

BATHROOMS:

The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower and tub.

The second bathroom is shared between all rooms and has a shower and tub.

Hairdryer in the drawers.

SUPPLIES:

Unit 504 includes a starter set of bath, laundry and kitchen supplies.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:

Guests will receive a custom door code that will work on a touchpad at the front door to Unit 504.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

Please throw away the garbage bags at the garbage chute. If it's not too much trouble, please run the dishwasher on the way out. Housecleaners will take care of everything else.

Kaanapali Shores is a popular oceanfront resort located by North Kaanapali Beach in West Maui.

The Kaanapali Shores Resort features a beautiful plantation style lobby. The complex is set in a tropical garden setting with lush greenery, flowers, streams, a koi pond and a waterfall.

There are two outdoor pools and two hot tubs for guests, one at the garden area and the other by the oceanfront, with both featuring chaise lounge chairs where you can watch the sunset. Cabanas are available for rent.

The on-site restaurant and bar looks out towards the ocean where you can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, or get room service to your condo.

There is a cultural arts and crafts fair every Thursday at the lobby that features local handmade goods. Live music every Wednesday at the poolside.

Shops on-site include a convenience store, coffee kiosk, gift shop, guest activities desk, gallery, spa and salon.

Across the street from the resort is the Honokowai Marketplace which has a Times Supermarket that is open from 5 AM to 11 PM (times subject to change.) You will also find an urgent care clinic, a variety of sit down and fast casual restaurants, snorkel rental, and other businesses and services.

There is also a popular food truck pod next to the resort.

Down the street within walking distance, you'll find an ABC Store with the popular Island Deli, a farmer's market with locally grown produce, and a fish market serving local catch.

Car rental facilities from Budget, Avis, National and Alamo are within 15 minutes walking distance from the resort lobby.

North Kaanapali Beach Boardwalk is about 7 minutes walking distance from the resort lobby. Boardwalk starts at Honoapiilani Park.

Napili Bay, Kapalua, Black Rock and Whaler's Village are all within a 15 minutes drive from Kaanapali Shores, making this a great location to start your trip in West Maui.

Parking is an additional $10.95 a day and is payable to the front desk upon check-in.

No resort amenity fees, guests are free to access the pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, the pickle ball court and bbq grills at no charge.

***Please note that Kaanapali Shores has a beach directly in front of the resort for majority of the year. However, due to erosion, the beach now comes and goes. There is a beach at the resort next door that stays year-round, and has swimmable portions throughout the year.

***This condo is a legal short-term vacation rental located in a hotel zone, this condo is not in a residential zone. Recent legislation phasing out vacation rentals in residential zones in Maui will not affect this property as it is in a hotel zone. Your reservation will not be affected by these changes.

***Occasionally, maintenance or construction may occur without prior notice, as is common in condo complexes. If the HOA or neighboring units notify me in advance about work that could impact the condo, I will inform guests as soon as possible. However, there may be instances where I am unaware until it begins.
